When you use the DCS Predictive Intelligence System, we collect both personal and organizational data necessary to provide our machine-learning and analytics services. This includes:

• Account details (name, email, billing address)
• CRM and integration data (customer records, sales activities)
• Usage metrics and interaction telemetry

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected solely to provide, maintain, and improve the DCS platform. Your CRM data is processed through isolated, tenant-specific models. We do not sell your data or use it to train cross-tenant foundation models.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or your trial expires, your data is preserved for 7 days before being permanently deleted in accordance with our GDPR obligations.
